The desulfurization and denitrification butterfly valve is specially designed for the desulfurization and denitrification project of power plants. It fully considers the corrosion and wear of the valve by the desulfurization slurry, ensuring that the valve plate lining is the only part that can contact the slurry, and other parts are not corroded by the limestone (or lime gypsum) slurry. . Therefore, the valve body and valve stem do not need to use expensive alloy (2205) materials, thus greatly saving costs. The unique valve seat design of the desulfurization butterfly valve completely separates the valve body from the fluid medium. Compared with other similar valves, it has a better way of firming the valve seat, fast replacement of the valve seat on site, the valve maintains zero leakage, and has low friction. The butterfly valve plate is made of high-performance alloy (2205) material, which can effectively resist corrosion and wear of the slurry.

The main structure of the desulfurization butterfly valve is composed of the valve body, valve disc, valve seat, valve stem and transmission operating mechanism. The valve seat adopts a detachable structure, and according to the physical and chemical properties of different media, corresponding high temperature resistance and low temperature resistance can be selected. Corrosion-resistant, light-resistant and aging-resistant material.
The inner and outer surfaces of the valve's ductile iron shell can be coated with high-temperature electrostatic spray epoxy resin powder coating. The coating has high corrosion resistance and has extremely high bonding strength with the ductile iron matrix. The coating degree is 0.2-0.5mm.
