Based on the advantages of light weight, durability and good corrosion resistance, the 567 butterfly valve product line has been further expanded to include PP-H from DN350 to DN600.
Thanks to the Georg Fischer double eccentric design principle, the contact area between the medium and the rubber seal of the 567 butterfly valve is greatly reduced. With the help of the double eccentric mechanism and the pressure support of the transition seal, the symmetrical design of the 567 butterfly valve reduces the opening torque by 50% compared with the valve, and realizes that the valve plate has no contact with the medium in the open state. In particular, it should be pointed out that in the chemical industry, this is manifested in two aspects: the uniform opening torque makes the valve opening and closing safer, and the valve life is extended due to significantly reduced wear. Convenient maintenance is also reflected in the seal design: the special flow channel seal can be replaced without removing the butterfly plate or shaft, which greatly reduces maintenance time and maintenance costs.
Thanks to the double eccentricity, the 567 butterfly valve increases operating and process safety, higher efficiency, longer life and better chemical corrosion resistance. This is particularly important in demanding applications such as the chemical industry. Other applications include water treatment, swimming pools and water parks, and industrial wastewater treatment systems in chemical plants and power plants.
In addition, the valve design is compatible with all common flange standards, and only one model is needed to be compatible with all standard piping systems. Another significant advantage is that the 567 butterfly valve is more than 50% lighter than the same size metal butterfly valve, which has obvious advantages in transportation, installation and maintenance.
