What working conditions are suitable for ATR metal hard seal one-way valve

The ATR metal seal check valve has no rubber in its structure, and is made entirely of stainless steel or carbon steel (the sealing material is determined by the valve body material). The hard seal still maintains a good sealing effect. Therefore, the ATR metal hard seal check valve is mainly used in high temperature, low temperature, special media or occasions with high safety factor requirements. It has reliable quality, and its application times and life are longer than those of ordinary products.

ATR metal hard seal check valve product features

Opening pressure: 0.35bar (standard), 1bar, 3bar optional, HT for high temperature without spring (very small opening pressure); wide temperature range: stainless steel -80℃~+250℃, carbon steel -30℃~+200℃, high temperature valve -80℃~+400℃; although it is a metal hard seal, it still has excellent sealing, liquid almost does not leak, 6bar nitrogen leakage is less than 1 bubble/second (1/4"~3/4"); high temperature valve (HT) has no spring and needs to be installed vertically. The fluid flow direction must be upward and closed by the valve core's own weight.
