Stainless steel ball valves must be completed in strict accordance with the required steps before and after assembly. The parts of stainless steel ball valves must undergo a processing process before assembly, as follows:

1) According to the processing requirements, some parts need to be polished, and there should be no processing burrs on the surface;

2) All parts are degreased;

3) After degreasing the stainless steel ball valve, pickle and passivate it (the cleaning agent does not contain phosphorus);

4) After pickling and passivation, rinse with pure water without any chemical residue (this step is omitted for carbon steel parts);

5) Wipe the parts one by one with a non-woven cloth. No lint or other hair should remain on the surface of the parts, or blow dry with clean nitrogen;

6) Use non-woven fabric or precision filter paper dipped in analytical pure alcohol to wipe each component until there is no dirt left.

Other requirements for stainless steel ball valve installation

1) The assembled stainless steel ball valve is purged with nitrogen for at least 1 minute;

2) The air tightness test must use pure nitrogen;

3) After passing the air tightness test, encapsulate and seal with a clean polyethylene cap. The polyethylene cap should be soaked in an organic solvent and wiped clean before use;

4) Then seal it with a vacuum bag;

5) Final packing;

6) Measures should be taken to ensure that the package is not damaged during transportation.
