[Application of four-way four-seal ball valve]

This four-way reversing ball valve realizes forward and reverse water supply switching with one valve. Every 90 degrees, the water supply mode switches once. In the past, four valves were required. When supplying water, valves 1 and 4 are open, and valves 2 and 3 are closed; when supplying water in the reverse direction, valve 2 , 3 is opened, and valves 1 and 4 are closed. It is now replaced by a four-way ball valve, which is easy to operate.

[Working principle of four-way four-seal ball valve]

As shown in the figure, the "LL" four-way ball valve only needs to operate the wrench or actuator to rotate the ball 90 degrees. It can switch the flow directions of the two media at the same time, which is convenient and fast, achieving the effect of one valve with multiple uses.

1. The manual part can use a steel plate pressed handle or a stainless steel cast handle. The handle is equipped with a limit structure, which sets the limit at the open and closed positions of the valve. When the valve is used on a key device, the limit block is provided with a lock hole to lock the switch position to avoid misoperation. There are obvious on and off marks on the handle.

2. The valve stem is integrally forged and modulated with A182F (1Cr13), with a hardness of HB220~250. The valve stem is connected to the handle through a flat key, spline or square key, which is highly versatile and easy to disassemble and assemble. The valve stem is equipped with an anti-blowout structure.

3. The packing of the valve should be braided, flexible graphite sealing ring or tetrafluoroene sealing ring, so that the valve stem can achieve reliable sealing under certain lubrication conditions.

4. According to needs, the ball valve can be designed with an anti-static structure, and a conductive spring is set between the ball and the valve stem, the valve stem and the valve body to prevent static electricity from igniting flammable substances and ensure system safety.

5. There are various forms of sealing pairs. According to different working conditions, soft seals, hard seals, fireproof valve seats and other structures can be selected; below DN150, the floating ball type is used, and below DN200, the fixed ball type is used.

6. An auxiliary sealing structure can be installed at the ball valve seat, and a grease injection valve can be installed at the valve seat and valve stem. It can be temporarily sealed in an emergency, and the valve stem can be lengthened as needed to suit the buried laying location.
