Pneumatic flange soft seal butterfly valve
Pneumatic flange soft seal butterfly valve is composed of rubber seal butterfly valve, carbon steel or stainless steel valve plate and valve stem. It is suitable for regulating flow and intercepting media in water supply and drainage and gas pipelines with temperatures ≤120°C, such as textile, papermaking, food, medicine, chemical industry, petroleum, electric power, etc. Its main features are:
1. The design is novel and reasonable, the structure is unique, the weight is light, and it can open and close quickly.
2. The operating torque is small, the operation is convenient, labor-saving and dexterous.
3. It can be installed at any position and is easy to maintain.
4. The seals can be replaced, and the sealing performance is reliable and achieves two-way sealing and zero leakage.
5. The sealing material is resistant to aging, corrosion, and has long service life.
Pneumatic flange soft seal butterfly valve actuator
Using new series AW type pneumatic actuator:
Basic design: pneumatic double-cylinder double-piston pull-fork transmission mechanism; model AWxx = double-acting; model AWxxS = single-acting (spring return).
Rotation angle: double-acting type = 90°C; single-acting type = 90°C; adjustable angle from both ends -5O ~ +5O.
Working environment temperature: -20℃ ~ 90℃.
Air source pressure: 0.2 ~ 0.8Mpa (maximum 1.0Mpa)
Attachment options
The following accessories can be selected according to different controls and requirements:
Cut-off accessories: single solenoid valve, double solenoid valve, limit switch transmitter.
Adjustable accessories: electrical positioner, pneumatic positioner, electrical converter.
Air source treatment accessories: air filter pressure reducing valve, air source treatment triple piece.
