The opening and closing principle of the rapid sewage gate valve is that the gear rotates 90°C to drive the valve stem to lift to achieve the purpose of opening and closing. This valve not only has a simple structure and good sealing performance, but also is small in size, light in weight, consumes less material, has a small installation size, especially has a small driving torque, is easy to operate, and can easily open and close quickly.
[Structural Principle of Rapid Sewage Gate Valve]
The rapid sewage gate valve directly relies on the force generated by the medium pressure to help seal the mechanical load acting on the valve disc. The mechanical load acting on the valve disc mainly comes from the compression spring, which is an almost fixed mechanical load. Although for compression springs, a loaded drain valve can achieve a good seal by adjusting the spring force, the sealing pressure difference must be strong enough to ensure sufficient sealing force to achieve a seal during normal operation of the valve. The sealing pressure difference should also be smaller than the opening and closing pressure difference to ensure flexible opening.
