Working principle of pinch valve:
When the handwheel is turned clockwise, the large and small valve stems drive the upper and lower valve plates at the same time, and the pipe sleeve is compressed to close. The opposite operation is to open. In this way, the valve plate reciprocates up and down between the different columns to complete the valve opening and closing work. Because the rubber pipe sleeve has a small bearing capacity, when opening and closing, as long as the operator feels appropriate resistance when rotating the handwheel, the maximum opening and closing range has been reached.
Installation and maintenance:
1. The size of the pipe pinch valve complies with the standards of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. It has been pressure tested before leaving the factory. The pressure test lasted for 5 minutes without leakage. It does not need to be disassembled, cleaned, adjusted or changed during installation.
2. This valve can be installed arbitrarily on the pipeline. There is no restriction on the flow direction of the medium. It is durable for a long time. If there is wear or leakage, just remove the valve body and replace it with a new valve. The valve can be used for a long time and is economical.
